They are persons who provide safety at the open sea, lakes and shores and pools, and have basic training to help life saving. They are persons who have the CMAS three star diver certificate of the federation. They provide safety at the open sea, seashore, lake and pool, perform cardiac massage and artificial respiration, and they are responsible for making above-water search and rescue, surveillance and first aid practices within framework of training standards and programs of the Federation.
